Yes, but note that availability is limited and the package contents may change to accommodate adjustments. We process payments for recurring orders 15 days before shipping, so please switch with that in mind.
The wines are determined just before each mail out. These will be listed in the pre-shipment newsletter as well as on the subscription page.
Our winemaker, Johann Fourie, carefully selects the ideal wines for each package prior to shipment. We match our wines according to seasonality to help you experience the flavours of the seasons.
The wines are chosen by our winemaker just prior to each shipment. We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer. You can also always add on any of your favorites!
The pre-shipment newsletter will be sent out on the 1st of the month prior to delivery. The cut-off date for changes and updates will be 2 weeks later, on the 15th of that month. Deliveries start on the 1st of the month that the shipments are in (ie. February, May, August and November).
If you will be away for the delivery date, you can re-route your deliver to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit your shipping details.
If you have moved or would like to permanently change your delivery address you can do this by logging into your account and editing the address.
Absolutely - anytime. Just log on to the store and order any extra wine from there. You will even receive a discount as an existing customer.
As a Wine Club member you have access to more wines than anyone else. We will inform you from time to time of exclusive offers of special vintages and limited stock.
You will be charged for your first shipment upon sign up. From the second shipment onwards, you will be charged from the 20th of the month prior to delivery up to the delivery date.
No. At no time can your wine be left unattended and unsigned for. It must be received by someone 18 years or older.

Within the site, you should see a cart icon at the top of the page, usually found on the right side. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the Checkout page, where you can check your items and quantities, and then proceed to Purchase when you are happy.
Delivery times are between 3 to 10 working days depending on your address.
Once we have finalized and despatched your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can log onto the courier’s website to get an estimated date of delivery.

If your order is faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return.
